📌 Scope of Services
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Ten Hands Productions Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to:
Acting & Modelling Courses
Casting Services
Fashion Shows & Runway Training
Advertisement & Commercial Shoots
Fashion Photography & Videography
Film Making & Production Support
By enrolling in or using any of the above services, the participant (hereafter referred to as “Client” or “Talent”) agrees to the terms outlined below.
General Registration
All clients and talents must provide accurate personal and professional information at the time of registration.
Participation in shoots, shows, or training requires prior approval and confirmation from the management.
Individuals under the age of 18 must have a signed consent form from a parent or legal guardian.
Service Fees & Payments
All services are subject to fees communicated during registration or inquiry.
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless agreed upon in writing.
Final deliverables (photos, videos, certificates) will be released only upon full payment.
Ten Hands Productions reserves the right to revise pricing at any time, without prior notice.
Deliverables & Timelines
Portfolio photos, videos, or other creative assets will be delivered digitally within
10–20 business days unless otherwise stated.
Any delays due to weather, technical issues, or third-party vendors will be communicated in advance.
Clients are responsible for saving and backing up their digital deliverables after receipt.
Casting Services
Casting assistance includes recommendations, promotions, and referrals to brands, agencies, or productions.
No job, placement, or selection is guaranteed by Ten Hands Productions.
Selected talents must comply with the production or brand’s contractual terms independently.
Participation in Fashion Shows or Events
All participants must attend rehearsals, styling sessions, and fittings as per schedule.
Ten Hands Productions reserves the right to withdraw any participant from the event for unprofessional behavior, late attendance, or failure to follow show protocols.
Costumes, makeup, and accessories are either provided or coordinated; damages caused by the participant may be chargeable.
Shoot Guidelines (Ads, Commercials, Fashion, Film)
Clients and models must be punctual and cooperative during pre-production, shoot days, and post-production.
A release form must be signed before any shoot allowing the use of image, likeness, and voice for promotional and commercial use.
All shoot concepts, footage, and behind-the-scenes material are the intellectual property of Ten Hands Productions unless stated otherwise.
Conduct & Safety
Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate expulsion from services without refund.
The safety and well-being of talent is a top priority, and all clients are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment.
Participants must adhere to COVID-19 or any relevant health & safety guidelines in place.
Intellectual Property
All training content, scripts, footage, promotional materials, and shoot plans are owned by Ten Hands Productions Pvt. Ltd.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality
Clients and talent must maintain confidentiality regarding projects, pricing, brand campaigns, or any sensitive information shared during collaboration.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Force Majeure
Ten Hands Productions reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or alter the timing of any shoot, training, or event due to unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the client. In the event of rescheduling by Ten Hands Productions, a new date will be offered.
Limitation of Liability
Ten Hands Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in any of its services.
Clients are encouraged to maintain personal insurance if required.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
